Mark Visser carries on with the second teaching in the mini-series, Who is Jesus? Mark looks at the Parable of the Lost Son, often called the Parable of the Prodigal Son. The younger son asks his father for his inheritance before his father is dead, he then goes to a foreign land and squanders his wealth on hedonistic living and ends up in a field feed pigs. He decides to return to his father and ask to be one of his servants, because he knew they lived better lives than he was currently living. How does his father react when he returns? This is what Mark focuses on in revealing the Jesus is Grace.
